Ten Days and Counting

Our apologies for the lack of posts....we're new to the blogger world! Today we had our last visit to the doctor's office....Malaria tablets are ready, but we've decided to take our chances with the Bird Flu! The past couple of weekends have been spent getting organized for our adventure. I've just been introduced to the world of mosquito nets, sleep sacks and hiking boots. John hopes this adventure will turn me into a fully fledged camping girl, but I have serious doubts! Our fundraising efforts are going well and your generosity is overwhelming. We are almost halfway to our target after just two weeks. We'll post a few pics of our final days before we depart next Thursday the 18th. Stay tuned!
